The Po.Li.Te engines descend from the team’s own published work, presented at IEEE conferences and reviewed by leading photonics journals. Here is where to read it, and where to follow what comes next.

Our team set a new record for axial single-mode power in linearly-polarised VCSELs: 27 mW from a donut-shaped aperture design, developed as part of the QYRO project toward the first satellite-based quantum gyroscope. Simulations point to 100 mW as the next milestone.
