Does my data leave my computer?
On a local installation, no. Solvers, Flow and the AI agent run on your hardware, even offline, so structures, input files and results stay with you.
Does the AI agent send my designs to an external AI service?
No. The agent in Flow runs on a small language model on your own graphics card. On a local installation, prompts, structures and results are not sent to any external AI service.
What do I need to run the AI agent locally?
A standard consumer graphics card is enough for good performance, because the model is compact.
Can I use Po.Li.Te offline?
Yes. The local installation works without an internet connection. The cloud option needs a connection.
Where is the Po.Li.Te cloud hosted?
Po.Li.Te hosts the cloud solution itself, in the European Union. It is available today for teams that prefer not to install or maintain software and hardware.
